The Department of B.Com ISM organised an Expo for Company Law. The students of II year B.Com ISM were divided into ten groups of six each. Each group prepared a model about types of a company, formation of a company, winding up, memorandum of association , articles of association,meeting etc.,. Each of the group explained the concept also.
