Vidhya Vikas Cell of Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women, organized a Career Guidance programme titled “Gradient Grit - Project Excellence through Mentoring” on 17th December 2025 at 10.00 a.m. The programme was organized as a peer-mentoring initiative in which postgraduate students guided undergraduate students to enhance project excellence. The programme focused on improving project quality by strengthening research, problem-solving, and practical application skills.
